Is our wireless internet satellite?
-NO. Satellite comes from many miles above the earth. We use ground based signal.

My internet is slow. What is the problem?
-Usually slow internet is caused by a problem with the computer. Although other problems may be, the web page you are visiting is slow or maybe your equipment needs to be "power-cycled" by unplugging and re plugging the power to it.

My Browser takes forever to open.
-Disabling browser add-ons and tool bars that you don't use will help this tremendously. Also cleaning your cookies and browser cache can help a little too.

I think my computer is infected. What do I do?
-Use Spybot Search and Destroy, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Windows Defender, and your virus scanner to get rid of most computer viruses/malware/adware. All of the tools mentioned above can be downloaded for free. Go to our Helpful Links page for links to these programs.

Is there any free virus scanners?
-You can download a very good virus program called Free AVG by clicking here.

Do I have to disconnect my internet when I am finished surfing?
-No. Your internet connection is always on.
